of International Students. You can read a

Accommodation
All International Students attending Shirley
Boys' High School are required to live in
homestay accommodation approved by the
school. Flatting is not permitted. If you
would like us to help you with arranging a
homestay, you need to include the Homestay
Application form with your enrolment
application.
Pastoral Care
Parents can arrange for their children to have Guardians during
their stay at Shirley Boys’ High School, but
this is not compulsory. If a parent chooses
to engage a Guardian their tasks are
normally to look after the pastoral needs of
the student and help them with visa
applications, managing finances, travel
arrangements and ensuring that the student's
parents are kept fully informed of their
son's progress. If any problems arise, the
Guardian will be there to help.
We can assist with this appointment if
required by recommending the names of
agencies who provide Guardianship services.
Please let us know when the application for
enrolment is made.
