ARCHIVE RETRIEVAL MADE EASY:

Unlock the rich history of our school with effortless access to our meticulously preserved archives in commercial storage. The cost of retrieval is $10 per request.

To make a request, follow these simple steps:

  1. Transfer the retrieval fee to our school account 12-3147-0202903-01. Code: Archives, Reference: Your Name.
  2. Email your request to [email protected]

Most requests are processed within three business days after payment confirmation. If you’re seeking an ex-student achievement record, connect with NZQA directly.

Access your yearbook:

To access your yearbook, simply follow these steps:

  1. Visit http://start.shirley.school.nz
  2. Click on the Library icon (tile) to proceed.
  3. Locate the down arrow by GUEST in the top right corner of the page.
  4. Click on the arrow to reveal a drop-down menu prompting you for a User ID and Password.
  5. Enter the following credentials:
  6. User ID: Shirley Guest
  7. Password: Shirley
  8. Click Login to proceed.
  9. Once logged in, navigate to the Search tab located across the top panel.
  10. Select Advanced Search from the options.
  11. In the Title box, type “Yearbook” and hit Enter.
  12. Browse through the list of available yearbooks.
