Father and Son Breakfast – Event is now full, No more bookings will be taken

Well-being and Positive Education build resilience and achieve peak potential. Fathers/Male caregivers and sons are warmly invited to a breakfast event to be held in the SBHS Spartan Room on Thursday 5 July 2018 from 7.00am-8.35am. Limited to 100 places, so get in quick!

Guest Speaker - John Quinn.

John Quinn has been working with people and teams for the last twenty years in several settings including government, education, business and High Performance Sport. His focus has been in the fields of Leadership, Positive Psychology, Well-being and Happiness, Mental Skills Coaching and Resilience. When working with people and teams, John is always interested in ensuring that they are following their passions and using their strengths to connect not only with their passions but also their team mates/co-workers.


John has worked with several sporting teams and organisations nationally including; New Zealand Rugby, New Zealand Cricket, New Zealand Softball and New Zealand Bowls, to name a few.

Within the Canterbury region he has been working with Canterbury Cricket, Canterbury Rugby, Canterbury Netball, Canterbury Golf and Canterbury Cats Hockey.

Outside the sporting area John has worked with businesses and their people providing services such as:

· Leadership

· Interpersonal Skills

· Mentoring

· Wellness within the work place

· Resilience

 John wants to ensure that people and teams are equipped with the skills and tools to be able to flourish and “not just count the days but make the days count” ensuring that people are living a healthy lifestyle from the inside out.
